Current Fave Mask Steps
April 03, 2017
Hi guys! I'm gonna be a lil bit chatty, hope it's fine. So I have just finished studying about public opinion and its ability to influence people for my mid-term week and did my night skin care routine lol. So here I am trying to make a public opinion and influence y'all, which I think it won't work hehe.
Have you heard about Glamglow? Yup, those famous variant of mud masks. I've tried three versions, clearing treatment, tinglexfoliate treatment, and hydrating treatment. The clearing is better than the tinglexfoliate because my skin problems are blackheads and whiteheads and the black one is for anti-aging I believe and is so tight on my skin.
I'm not going to review here. But this is just my favorite way to treat myself with mud masks. I use two products, it has to be the exfoliating and hydrating.
First, I'm using the clearing treatment for exfoliate. This mask contains:
- ACNECIDIC-6 4.4%. The World’s first Clearing Treatment with a proprietary 6 acid blend. AHA & BHA acids are perfectly PH balanced for mind-blowing faster results.
- Glycolic: Helps Restore Photo Damaged Skin & Improves Skin Texture.
- Salicylic: Helps De-clog to Minimize Pores & New Skin Rejuvenation.
- Lactic: Helps Pigmentation, Moisture, Stimulation & Skin Collagen
- Mandelic: Helps Fine Lines, Wrinkles, Aging Skin & Skin Elasticity.
- Pyruvic: Helps the Effects of Scaring & Clearer Skin.
- Azelaic: Helps Fight Follicle Bacteria & Breakouts.
There are AHA and BHA for exfoliating my skin and salicylic for my whiteheads&blackheads. Remember you have to keep your skin hydrated especially after exfoliating.
So my second step is the hydrating treatment. This contains:
So my second step is the hydrating treatment. This contains:
- Dewdration: A blend of actives containing hyaluronic acid and citric acid for deep hydration; boosts and locks in moisture for a dewy, youthful look.
- Hydrapack: A blend of actives containing botanimoist, moisturizing sugars and acids from apples, oat bete glucan to soothe and calm the skin, and hydraclay to trap and retain moisture in the skin.
- GreenEnergy: A blend of actives containing raw honey and ginger root for radiance and detoxifying; coconut provides immediate skin conditioning.
- Teaoxi Olive Leaf: Delivers naturally moisturizing linoleic acid.
Hyaluronic acid is the most common thing for hydrating, I think I'm gonna get The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 later for the extra hydration.
I always do this at night, so I leave the hydrating mask all night. Yea, as a sleeping mask. The result is your skin will look amazing in the morning, so soft, dewy, and fresh. Ready to conquer the day lol. You can totally do it with another masks, but the most important thing is to exfoliate and hydrate. Just pay attention to the ingredients.
I do this probably once a week. When I'm done with these two, I think I'll look for another(cheaper) masks.
(Left, the clearing treatment; Right, the hydrating treatment)
That's it, hope you have a nice day! See ya!
